CouponPip

A little help, if you need it.

Troubleshoot a checkout, understand a result, or prepare a useful issue report.

Updated 2026-10-23

Start with these checks

  1. Make sure you are using Chrome and the extension is enabled.
  2. Check the extension’s requested site access in Chrome. Only grant access you are comfortable with.
  3. Confirm that the merchant and checkout are supported by the installed version.
  4. Wait for any coupon test to finish before changing your cart or entering another code.
  5. Read the merchant’s final total, shipping and discount breakdown before paying.

When a code does not work

Codes may expire, require a minimum spend, exclude certain items, work only for new customers, or depend on a region or account. Some checkouts do not allow multiple promotions together. A code that works for another shopper may not work for your order.

If the total does not look right, pause and inspect the order on the merchant’s own checkout before continuing.

Prepare an issue report

A clear report helps identify checkout-specific issues. Do not include passwords, card numbers, full addresses, or other personal order details.

Manage or remove CouponPip

Open Chrome’s Extensions menu, choose Manage extensions, and select CouponPip to review its access, disable it, or remove it. Chrome’s own controls determine what happens to extension data when an extension is removed; uninstalling should not be assumed to delete any data held by an external service.
