1. Agreement to Terms & Operating Entity

These Terms of Use ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MK INFOTECH PTE. LTD. (referred to as 'we', 'us', or 'our'), governing your access to and use of the CouponPip website (https://www.couponpip.com) and the CouponPip browser extension.

By accessing our website or installing the CouponPip browser extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the service and uninstall the extension.

2. Nature of the Service

CouponPip is an automated shopping assistant designed to discover, test, and apply promotional coupon codes at supported online checkouts, selecting the tested code that provides the largest actual discount for your shopping cart.

CouponPip is a convenience tool and is not an online retailer, merchant checkout, or order-placement service. The website includes illustrative demonstrations to explain functionality; illustrations do not represent an exact screenshot of all merchant checkouts or guarantee identical savings.

3. Discount & Availability Disclaimers

Coupon availability, eligibility criteria, exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, item restrictions, and final order acceptance are strictly determined by each respective merchant.

CouponPip does not guarantee that a working coupon will be found for every merchant or order, that discounts will always apply, or that the prices found represent the lowest available price in the market. The 'best tested result' refers exclusively to the largest calculated discount among the valid codes tested in that particular session, not an exhaustive search of all promotions in existence. You must always review the merchant’s final checkout total and order summary before paying.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use CouponPip only for personal, lawful shopping purposes in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party merchant terms. You shall not:

• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise online checkout procedures or service infrastructure;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract coupon databases through automated scraping or unauthorized means;
• Use the service to bypass legitimate merchant restrictions or engage in fraudulent activity;
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious payloads through or against the service.

Your purchase transactions and contracts remain strictly between you and the respective third-party merchant. MK INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is not responsible for product fulfillment, quality, delivery, billing, warranties, or returns.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MK INFOTECH PTE. LTD. AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST SAVINGS, UNAPPLIED COUPONS, MERCHANT PRICING ERRORS, ORDER CANCELLATIONS, SYSTEM DOWNTIME, OR TRANSACTION DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

6. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Marks

CouponPip branding, logos, graphics, and original software code are the intellectual property of MK INFOTECH PTE. LTD. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Third-party merchant names, brand trademarks, browser names (including Google Chrome), and logos referenced on the website or in the extension belong to their respective owners. Reference to any merchant or platform does not constitute or imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by that party.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Singapore.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect product updates, operational changes, or legal requirements. Material updates will be indicated by the 'Updated' date at the top of this page.
